"Amazing place! Wonderful staff!"

"We reserved the Gulf front view balcony room which was far more expensive than the other rooms and there wasn't even a balcony you could go out on. We had bugs all over the kitchen area countertop, the shower/tub barely drained, the toilet you had to hold in order to even flush. Very disappointed for such a high rate resort. Will not be back. "

"The room itself was clean. Its very minimalistic in terms of storage and there are no microwaves in room, no coffee makers etc. They do have it in the main entrance though. There also is not a center light in the room making it dark as you will close blinds if you want privacy. Again, none of these are big issues, just convenience issues. The front desk staff was great..didnt see any other staff. For the price and location its a nice hotel ans i would go back. "

"The property just like any resort has lots of things to do and lots of entertainment, however, the property is outdated. The 2 elevators take forever to arrive (be prepared to wait 5-10 min at a time to get on the elevator). Taking the stairs down is always faster. The pools and hot tubs have cloudy water with lots of chlorine. Spending any time in the pool is tough due to the strong smell of chlorine. The rooms are also outdated. Have a super loud HVAC that will not let you sleep at night. The bathroom ceiling tiles rise when the AC unit kicks on, then slam down when the unit turns off. The sliding door to the balcony is hard to open and close due to the rollers not working. Same issue with the closet door. The bathroom has a gym shower and a toilet that barely flushes. Other amenities on the property are also out of date or are old and dirty. Hammocks are torn, day beds have stained pillows and mattresses, lots of trash around from previous guests. "

"Nice place to stay for 2-3 days. The old vibe is good. The pool could bigger and updated. The bar could be updated as well."

"This place is absolutely ridiculous besides not offering any breakfast of any kind their furniture was completely old and dated table is coming off the legs dirty couches that need to be cleaned chipping on furniture and ridiculous TVs that aren't even connected to remote the smallest thing I've ever seen in a hotel that cost as much the manager was not helpful at all very high and mighty not willing to help in any way. Also had a manager of the hotel housekeeping come in my room after I asked for a late checkout and was told that it was okay she walked in telling her to get out my kids are here what are you doing we are checking out at 12:00 thank you she kept arguing with me while being inside of my room ! This is not acceptable in any way shape or form !"
