"Cottage was cute clean and 2 blocks to the amazing beach! Its in a perfect location with great dining and ice cream within walking distance. Check in was seamless. Its not the first time we've stayed here and look forward to returning!"

"The house is just as pictured. It is a block and a half from the beach. Close to dining and shopping. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything for cooking and food prep. The host provided all the necessities that a lot of rentals don’t from laundry and dish soap to coffee filters, and all the beach equipment (even a cooler). I would absolutely recommend this property. The management company was very responsive. One of the toilets was not working properly on check in and they had it fixed within hours."

"This house and the host were great. We loved every bit of it. That house was clean and up to date. The bathrooms were really nice. The pool was exactly what we needed and the location was awesome. It was close to some local shops and just a block and a half from the beach. Frankie, the host, was especially accommodating and responsive making our trip that much more enjoyable. We will be back again!"

"A truly amazing home and hosts. Perfect location away from crowds yet close to everything. They provide just about anything you need. The house was very clean, the heated pool was amazing and being able to take the golf cart around to all the amazing restaurant's and shops was so fun. Can’t wait to return."

"House was as described but your certainly paying for the fact your on a canal at the north end. Pool is nice and heated more than others on the island so it made up for not having a hot tub.The property itself is lacking maintenance from the property manager. One of the bathroom doors always popped open luckily there was a sliding door to also close. The bathtub drain needed to be propped open otherwise it wouldn’t drain. Bugs were constantly getting in the house probably from some of the screens not fitting the windows appropriately, when we arrived it looked like the counters hadn’t been clean because bugs were all over it. I’ve never been at a rental that didn’t have cleaning solution so I couldn’t disinfect them. Microwave only worked if you slammed the door vs trying to close it quietly to not wake people up. The water level was low at the dock so no easy access to rent and use kayaks but we knew that might be an issue going into this property."
