"This beach house was the perfect family getaway. From the moment we walked in, everything felt fresh, spotless, and brand new, from the kitchen appliances to the beautifully kept rooms. The AC was cold, the master bedroom shower felt like a little luxury after a day in the sun, and the kids had plenty of space to settle in and enjoy themselves.The location could not have been better. The beach is literally right across the street, so our days were spent bouncing between the sand, the surf, and the backyard pool. The house also had great beach supplies, which made everything easy and stress-free. By day, it was perfect for relaxing by the pool or heading straight to the beach. By evening, it was just a short stroll to catch the sunset along the water.For a family of four or five, this place is a gem: clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located for a relaxing beach escape."

"The way the property is presented on-line you believe is a shared unit and it includes access to the pool and wash and dyer. You do not have access to the pool. It also miss leads you about parking and does not tell you that you must walk down a narrow path, that your suitcase will not easily fit down to get to the unit. Because I am a landlord myself, I read the lease cover to cover and it does not state anything about the pool usage. I was very disappointed in this portion of our rental."

"This property was a wonderful last-minute find and worked out perfectly for our trip with friends who were staying nearby.The unit was tastefully furnished and nicely decorated. While it is on the smaller side, that was not an issue for us since we spent most of our days exploring the island. The kitchen was well-equipped with the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, although guests should plan to purchase basic cooking supplies and grilling essentials, as only limited provisions are provided.One of our favorite features was the dock, which was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee each morning. Everything in the unit functioned properly, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The bathroom was small but completely functional. The water view from the living room was absolutely spectacular and added greatly to the overall experience.The building itself is fairly basic and shows its age in some areas, but the unit was comfortable and met our needs. The one improvement we would suggest is adding a table and chairs. Currently, there is no dedicated place to sit and enjoy a meal, either indoors or outdoors.Overall, we would recommend this property for travelers looking for a comfortable place to sleep, relax, and enjoy the island. We rented bikes during our stay, and the location made it easy to reach just about anywhere on Anna Maria Island. The laundry was a bonus too."
