"The room overlooked the Shalesmoor tram stop and a busy roundabout so there was no break from traffic noise. Given the room was stinking hot and no aircon in summer, the only way of reducing noise was closing the window. Tv not working. No kettle, felt springs from bed"

"After arriving and having to ring the landlord personally to be able to access a set of keys as we wasn’t told anything about how to get into the property we had found out that the landlord had forgotten we was even coming so that was a ball-ache, then we got a different apartment as the one we had booked wasn’t ready. When we got into the apartment we noticed all the pots are dirty, the limescale in the kettle is caked on, the oven is dirty with food still on them, the microwave is full of old...
