"The Good: this place was remodeled in 2025 and everything is new looking and the rooms are beautiful. There are free to use laundry machines, free to use beach chairs and you can get free coffee pods for the Keurig machine in your room. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioner is super quiet. Nice and close to the beach. The Bad: this is a noseeum hell! These nasty little bugs are everywhere. The rooms have screens for the outside sitting area but the noseeums can get through the screens. We bought the bug spray they sell at the office and it could not keep them away. Also, you have to pay to rent a beach towel which is $5 a day. They have beach cruiser bikes, but you have to pay $20 per day to rent them. The swimming pool is nice but the noseeums make it unuseable. There's a place on the roof to watch the sunset, but the noseeums make it unuseable. Bring strong bug spray if you come here!"
