"The ad for this place mentions FREE things such as wifi, coffee maker, hair-dryer, and several other such items. When we checked in, there was an extra fee of about $25.00 day for "incidentals." When I asked what that was for, I was told it was for things like wifi, hair-dryer, coffee maker etc. I say, they are misleading to be polite, more like lying so that they can show a lower price per room, until you get there. So be prepared to pay up, when you sign in. While the hotel is on the beach, it is a long walk from the rooms to the actual beach. Their swim pool was nice, clean and not at all crowded. Expedia put a $50 charge on my card, for some unknown reason, but I was told it would be refunded. I sure hope so."

"One of the cleanest and most well groomed landscaping grounds you can find. Room are new (post hurricane) and well thought out. The beach is wonderful with lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for your relaxation. Staff bend over backwards to meet your every whim and sre very friendly. The tiki hut lunches are a great break as well as a nice large pool. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want convenient locale on Sanibel to all your f the popular spots around."

"I stayed with my two kids (9 and 12) and we loved it. The pool is beautiful with lots of available pool toys. The view is gorgeous and the ocean is very close. The only downside is the no see ems which come out in force at sunset. Bring bug spray! And Sanibel is very quiet but that worked for us. I would highly recommend this rental for the pose who want a quiet convenient if a bit buggy holiday on the beach. And great for kids!"

"We loved Jill's condo! The location was excellent. Short walk over the boardwalk to the beach was lovely. Water station to rinse off sandy feet and beach items was so handy too. The newly renovated community pool was outstanding. Lots of pool items to use from floats to noodles...we were so thankful to have access to them because we didn't bring our own since we flew down. The condo was great and fit our family of 5. The kitchen was all we needed for a week stay and many meals at the condo. The screened in balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool and the screen kept out the pesky no-see-um flies. There was also a closet filled with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys. Beach towels and bath towels were also included. So wonderful to have these! Thank you!! :)"

"We have stayed in Sanibel many times over the last 25 years but this is the first time we have used VRBO. We had a lovely time, the house was beautiful and very well stocked with everything you could need. We live on the East Coast so had brought beach chairs, towels etc none of which were necessary.The unit we had was on the water and it was magical to sit and look out at the water and there were daily Manatee visitors across the canal.We hope to be back soon! Thank you for a lovely time!"

"We loved our stay! The property is walking distance to the beach with a very nice bike path all the way there. There are also several business just around the corner - ice cream shop, breakfast, souvenir store, restaurant. We loved it. The cottage was spacious and the AC was very effective. The shower is small, but you can see that from the listing pictures. It was close to everything and we thought great value for the price. Would definitely stay again!"
