"The Condo looked exactly as pictured and had a beautiful view of the Gulf. It was very modern and up to date. The only disadvantage we had is that we are Seniors that are used to recliners to have our legs up. The couch did not have that so it was not that comfortable for us. "
"it was our 23 anniversary and i wanted my wife to feel special, we stayed a few times at Sundial resort nearby, an upscale resort. we have never stayed at this resort. but the Inn was way less expansive and we had a group of 10 friends. We came here , the best decision. My wife and kids loved it. The property was all newly renovated rooms were all new , well decorated , the beach was steps away , i fished on the beach and caught a few fish. my kids loved the pool. the guy in front desk was very helpful and super friendly, he should get a raise. never going back to Sundial again. this is my new home. "
"Our entire family was absolutely thrilled with this property! With a group of 11, we found the space to be more than accommodating- plenty of room to gather together, as well as quiet spots to retreat to when needed.We chose to prepare most of our meals at the penthouse and were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the kitchen was. It had everything we needed- including cookware, utensils, and even a warming drawer, which we really appreciated for keeping meals hot until everyone was ready to eat.The location was also ideal, offering quick and easy access to local beaches, restaurants, shopping, and more. While we thoroughly enjoyed our beach outings, the on-site pool became a daily favorite and even gave us a chance to connect with other families.Without a doubt, every one of us agrees- we’d love to return to this area and stay at this property again!"

"Tarpon Tale Inn is a hidden treasure! If you want a quiet getaway on Sanibel Island with quick access to the beach, a private patio and grill, access to bicycles, an outdoor hot/cold shower, a shell washing station, and beach chairs/umbrella/wagon - this is it! The owner, Joe, has an eye for detail and it shows throughout your stay. I wanted a beach experience and that’s exactly what I got at Tarpon Tale Inn. Other than to explore (Blind Pass, Bowman Beach, Turner Beach and Captiva) the island and pick up a few things at Jerry’s, I had no need to drive. Wickie’s and Tuttle’s are directly across the street, and a deli place is next door - the Sanibel lighthouse is a .6 mile bike ride and beach access is just around the corner is across the street. The king room with full kitchen was nicely equipped and the bed was incredibly comfy. So clean! The “no-seeums” were present and accounted for, mostly at dusk and dawn, not a Tarpon Tale Inn issue because they were everywhere on the island. Guests are offered use of bug spray in the office as a shared option. The Tarpon Tale has a quaint beach vibe I know you will love! "
"The apartment is ideally located - short walk to the beach, and restaurants right across the street (and a deli below the apartment). Bikes available and an outdoor space for games. There are still some drainage issues around the island, so the walkway to the beach at the end of the street was under water from recent rain (we saw this in other parts of the island, too). Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Thank you for a nice weekend! "
