"The hot tub could have been hotter. You had to select to heat the hot tub versus the pool, wish the heating systems were separate. The pool had to be fixed for us to control it. The first day or two had to be controlled remotely but it did get fixed on Monday. Big thanks!The property is really amazing & we definitely enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for everyone to have their own rooms and bathrooms. The common areas were amazing as well.Wishes:1) Better description about the beach items in the garage. We didn't need to rent so much of beach chairs, etc.2) Lights on the outside stairs to the front door (at the base of the step), weren't lit. It would have been safer for our elderly moms if they had been.3) The vents in several of the bathrooms didn't work.4) Request for a throw carpet under the large dining table on the main floor. The chairs make a very large noise when they are moved.It really is a beautiful property, hope it can continue to be well maintained."

"Sandcastle is a BEAUTIFUL home!!! Very open yet many “pockets” for privacy for a large group. Super short walk to the beach going down the secret path next to the cemetery. "

"The Narrows was a fantastic house for a long weekend! Our party of 5 adults had plenty of room and privacy. The common areas are also spacious and we had a great time playing pool and ping pong after dinner each night. We only cooked breakfasts but easily could have cooked very nice meals with how well the kitchen was stocked. And 2 dishwashers! There is a nice gas grill on the deck also. The rest of the house is very nicely appointed and had everything we needed. We brought extra TP and soap (iykyk) but didn't need it. There was a cleaning issue with the pool that didn't get remedied until late Saturday before we left early Sunday. We feel it is going to need to be refurbished soon. Even clean it was loosing water and looked dirty. -1/2 star... BUT... everything else was top notch! The property manager was responsive to messages on VRBO. Even how to find some of the bedrooms. Great stay! Would stay again. Thanks!"

"This Beach Home Has Been Our Fav So Far, Its Beautiful, Modern, Clean, Has All the Needs! It's a Huge Home with a Huge Pool! We Loved It Every day! The Landscape Also Was Beautiful! We Wished They Had Decked Out the Basement with Game Room Vibes for The Older Children/Younger Adults/Everyone, It's A Huge Unused Space & That Seems Like the Perfect Option. The 3 Bedrooms Facing the Ocean Didn't Have Tv's. It Wasn't a Huge Inconvenience as We Were Hanging with Family Instead but We All Missed Watching TV Before Bed. We Thought It Was Odd the Master Bedrooms Didn't Have A TV. We Were Bummed That the Water Features nor the Water Fountains or the Fire Table Didn't Work. It Also Didn't Seem Like the People Managing This House Represented It Very Well, We Were Told No Fans, No Beach Chairs Etc. so We Rented Beach Chairs and When We Got There, They Had Plenty of Beach Chairs, It Was Too Late to Cancel the Reservations for the Beach Chairs We Rented. Last Complaint Is That We All Were Eaten Alive by Bugs. Bring Bug Spray! All In All, Amazing Place! Our Fav So Far. Beautiful Luxury Home! You Won't Be Disppaointed! "
