"The house was amazing for our family of 10. The grandkids loved the indoor pool and the short walk to the beach was almost too good to be true! Keeping in mind that it’s Florida, the bugs in the kitchen were annoying and a little gross to cook around. The pest control company finally came in on Thursday, we were leaving Saturday morning, but honestly, they were almost worse after they were there. With that being said, we would not hesitate to book this house again because of the location and the fantastic beach!"

"Beautiful property with excellent amenities—we really enjoyed our stay. One suggestion would be to provide daily housekeeping instead of every other day. Also, while construction is ongoing, it would be appreciated if guests could be assigned rooms farther away from the construction area whenever possible. Unfortunately, our room was very close to it, which made the stay less enjoyable. Overall, it’s a beautiful place, and we would definitely consider staying again."

"Everything that she listed is exactly what you received. It was a great place to stay. Very close to Bowman’s Beach, which was a great beach. The property also had a great pool and Pickleball courts! It was great having a washer and dryer inside the condo as well. The kitchen was fully stocked. All you need to do is stop by a Publix’s on the way in and get your food."

The Pool and putting green area was well used also! We will definitely consider it for our next trip to Sanibel/Captiva!"

The Narrows- Stunning Bayfront Villa on Captiva

"Beautiful house in a great waterfront location. Management Company NOT so great: they seem to be cutting corners, not enough garbage bags, paper towels, no coffee filters, no salt/pepper or basic spices, empty propane tanks, very little cooking utensils. Pool and pool deck filthy with iguana poop. The pool pump & filters appear to not be working. Top water is dirty after one day, and skimmers are not being properly serviced … When we arrived the pool was dirty, and iguana poop was all over the deck. All that being said, still a beautiful home, that we enjoyed a very fun weekend."

"The property was very nice. The kitchen could use some upgrades to the refrigerator. All the door pieces were broken and the inside was rusty in the freezer as well as the shower curtain was moldy and the tissue holder was rusty. Nothing major just a few upgrades I would fix. But I love the location and the comfort of the house. We enjoyed our stay."
