"Room was very clean and brand new. The staff was so helpful. We were able to have a late checkout which gave us some additional time at the pool. The staff also offered for us to enjoy the pool or beach and we could continue to park in lot and take shower in very clean restroom that included towels. Top notch!!! "

"You probably will not stay in one of the triangular cottages. Most rooms look like a one-story motel and are not well represented on the hotel web site. However, everything about the room was high quality and comfortable. Our room (07) overlooked a pond with anhingas, turtles and egrets. Free bikes with helmets and locks, free guest laundry. "

"Great stay! The unit was very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. The unit was very comfortable. The host was very nice and ready to assist. Clearly a lot of thoughtfulness was put into making sure all that we needed was there. The pool and its facilities and furniture were in tip-top shape! Really liked the provision of beach chairs and an umbrella designated for our sole use. Location is excellent close to the beach. Parking was easy! "

"As soon as we arrived and walked into the property we were thrilled that we found Kona Kai! The grounds are exceptional, the staff very friendly and great communication. Our room was perfect, with all of the amenities perfect for two. We were going to rent bikes but found everything in walking distance and hopped in the car for beach treks. We highly recommend this beautiful property for rest and relaxation… and the pool and pool facilities well equipped."

"The home was lovely, if I had to choose a favorite part, it would be the pool. We had a couple of chillier days, but the pool temperature was very warm, and the backyard seemed protected from the wind. It was a great spot to sit and read. We used the grill twice and there was an abundance of kitchen items for cooking. It was a very easy bike ride to the beach. Ralph was a great host! We would definitely stay again if we are back in Sanibel."

"My daughters and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean condo. It was very convenient to the beach. We loved our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and we ate at home. The balcony was a perfect place to hang out when we were home. Jenna is a great hostess. We loved our stay! My girls loved Sanibel and our beautiful home for the weekend."
