"Overall, we loved the rental and would love to come back next year. Extremely well decorated and equipped for a rental. Great quiet neighborhood and location near grocery shopping.Overall, this a fabulous rental and we have been renting Florida homes for the past 18 years and this was one of the best rentals.The pool size is large 14' x 28' and heated to 87 degrees. Last but most importantly the property manager was outstanding. Easy to reach and responsive to our needs."

"Checkin ended up being easy and painless. We ended up having to get more paper towels and trash bags for the place. There weren’t many towels/handtowels. There is lots of space and many beds. Location was nice it was like 15 minutes from lots of restaurants and 25 from the beach "

"We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The owners were easy to contact and always responded right away whenever we had a question—they were very helpful. The kids absolutely loved the heated pool and all the pool toys, which made our stay even more fun. The location is also great—close to just about everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again and refer to others! 5 stars! "

"This was the best property we have ever stayed at. The hosts were very responsive. The house was well stocked with games, books, toys, outdoor activities and extras. It was very clean. Everything worked well. The hosts really care about the experience you have at the Lake House, and they did an incredible job. We will absolutely stay with them again. We had a wonderful vacation with 3 adults and 4 kids (7-12yrs). I cannot recommend this property enough!"

"The property is stunning. The bedrooms are a nice size. The great room with kitchen/island, sectional/TV, dining area, and breakfast nook gave us plenty of room to hang out, play games, work puzzles, and enjoy meals. The property also included a beautiful pool nice outdoor grill and lounge area by the pool/grill. Everything looked fresh and new. We also took advantage of the workout area and ping pong table in the garage. The host was very responsive to questions/feedback and wanted to make our stay enjoyable. He quickly responded to messages in the VRBO app and even called a couple of times to follow up. We appreciated this level of attentiveness. The house is located in a nice neighborhood with streets that are easy to walk/run if looking for that type of exercise. "

"Karina was amazing. Any time there was an issue she was right on it, either contacting someone to remedy the situation or even having the owner come over one day and help us with the TV's as the renters before us spoke a different language. We had a slight issue with getting the hot tub to work when we arrived. I called Karina and she immediately contacted the pool people and they were there within an hour letting us know how to fix it and explaining to us what we needed to do to get it heated. At one point we turned the TV on and the renters before us spoke a different language and had changed the setting on the TV to Spanish. We couldn't get it back to English and the owner came over and helped us out. The place was clean, it was in perfect condition. Pool and hot tub were great. The lanai was very comfortable, the ability to park our vehicle in the garage is not something that's normal at rental properties so that was a great touch. Overall this was a great property with excellent communication between myself and Karina. Karina made the stay there and any issues we encountered seem very miniscule. I'd definitely stay here again. "
