"The room was clean but pretty bare for a condo u it. The bed we had has pretty hard. The couch was stiff as a board. The bathroom only had one sink and the only mirror in the whole place. The Staff were great. Beach view was great. Only ate breakfast once at the restaurant and it was not that good and very expensive. Should have know it was not as good as we were the only ones in there."

"Room was great! We lost the a/c one night but staff took great care of the problem. Only complaint was the noises from the palm trees being trimmed but it was only one day."

"Fantastic! Location is wonderful. Proximity to beach,restaurants and stores is perfect. Bicycling trails are nearby and are beautiful. All in all it is by far one of the better places we have stayed. Also a great pool. Oh and not to forget it has all the toys one needs at the beach. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us."

"A solid family gathering house. Close to beach. Great game room for small and big kids (and younger adults!) Close to Captiva restaurants and room for many to enjoy the property. The house may not be furnished and decorated like some homes that are listed for two or three times the price but it was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. There is no shortage of cabinet space to accommodate what is brought in. For the money- it was a great place to bring my family together for a weekend at the beach. We would return again if we were heading back to Captiva and the beaches for sure."

"Need to make it easier to find the unit. We were up and down the stairs looking for the room 2121 reason couldn't find it because the plaque on the building showing the room numbers was off until I called the company . Otherwise enjoyed my stay ."
