"Great place to stay. Room was a decent size and the bed was very comfy. Tony and Linda are wonderful polite hosts and the breakfast was excellent.

"Fab place, perfect hosts really make you welcome!, stayed in rm 8 which was huge! Lots of little extras, even had an Alexa and coffee machine! Bath robes slippers. Bed really comfy, room smelt lovely and was spottless..breakfast was 1st class quality products cooked to perfection, fresh fruits n cereal, nice bar and decor throughout the whole place..highly recommend this place its fab!"

"Great location to the pleasure beach, really far from town centre so bare that in mind, tram is just across from hotel so not all bad, superb breakfast, little dated decor and could do with a freshen up but it is Blackpool so do not expect the Ritz, would deffo stay here again and free parking"

"Food was excellent, entertainment was excellent. The only problem was that the extractor fans for the kitchen were just below our bedroom window, room 330 the noise was terrible and we couldn't close the window as it was too hot so it made the room uncomfortable during the day."
"We had a good stay. The Hotel was very nice. Clean through out. Staff were very good. The breakfast was good too. With lots to choose from. One thing that spoilt it. Was the bed being too firm. We wanted to stay another night. But we was quoted even more than the night we had already paid for. "

We had 2 double rooms and both were upgraded to deluxe at check in.
The staff work really hard and are very friendly.

"Smooth check in with great communication from the owner. Parking permit is provided on arrival. Apartment is adequately equipped for 2 to 4 people. A huge wetherspoons is round the corner as is a chip shop. Bus routes are also near by to get you to St Annes and Lytham.
We'd definitely stay again and recommend our top floor apartment. "
"We stayed for 3 nights as we was going to Lytham Festival and it was the perfect little stay. The hosts were very friendly, went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable for your stay. The breakfast was top notch and they would recommend restaurants in the area if you were looking for something different to eat later on in the day. The rooms are a good size all with ensuite. The rooms are cleaned everyday and are always stocked up with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. There was parking on the front but you have to have a pass for but they will supply you with one. If you can't park on front they have additional parking at the back of the property. Overall we can't find fault with this property or the lovely owners Chris and Nancy. We will be back at some point in the future and this will definitely be our first place to go."
