We stayed for just one night and received a warm welcome from the staff, which was appreciated. However, we were disappointed to learn that breakfast was being served elsewhere due to renovation work. The room wasn’t as clean as expected, with marks on the toilet seat and coffee stains on the nightstand. It was also very noisy throughout the night — we could hear a creaking door repeatedly and footsteps in the corridor, with light shining under our door each time someone passed. The constant noise made it hard to sleep, and we ended up leaving early because we were so tired. I understand it was a budget stay, but the good reviews didn’t reflect our experience. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t book again, as we value a quiet and comfortable night’s rest.

Great hotel

Had a really wonderful time at this lovely hotel. Room was comfortable with good facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Smooth check in felt very at home. Didn't want to leave! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic place and people.

Amazing stay. Very clean, comfortable and the people are stand outs in service and going out of their way to assure your stay is the best possible. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great place and Luke and John really made us feel welcome and looked after us - can park there too for extra £8. Great value for money just what we needed was a clean room comfy bed and shower - also they selling carling and cider cheap can’t go wrong - very cheap for comfortable clean room with parking and lovely hosts

It will be nice when the building work is done

I decided to leave early and stay in Liverpool for a night . I emailed to say I would arrive 4 pm on my first night and had to ask Expedia for help to get into the building after a 35 minute wait. Lots of building work going on but one redeeming thing was the low price for the room each night
