"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor but we noticed straight away that the toilet was leaking. The staff were straight onto the problem but it couldn't be quickly fixed so we were moved to an alternative room which was more spacious and with a nicer outlook. "We arrived in November and after reading reviews of other hotels in the area that were too cold for guests, we were delighted that our double room in the Waldorf was warm and cozy with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. We were also pleased that the Pleasure Beach Amusement Park was only a short walk away and hotel parking was included in the price. "Norbreck Castle Hotel was very good value for money. Lifts to each floor, with few extra stairs made all the rooms easily accessible. Standard of cleanliness was very good.
