"The communications were great and access to the flat was easy with the instructions given. We were fortunate to be able to squeeze onto the last space on the pavement to park. Right on the promenade so not quiet at night but was easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. "It was quiet, lots of picturesque views of Blackpool Tower and the promenade and also of the Big One at Pleasure Beach in the distance. The location is ideal as it’s not in the middle of everything going on, staff were very polite and whilst there are facilities like the pool and Sauna etc we didn’t make use of during this stay we would definitely be inclined to make use of them on a future visit!"
"Seems slightly unfair to rate the hotel as only used it for sleep the two nights I was there (didn't have breakfast/dinner). The staff were good from the interactions we did have. The hotel itself looks a bit tired although you can see improvements being done. I can imagine in it's heyday this was chock a block. Tram stop right outside the hotel made transport easy. Was value for the price we paid."
