"Absolutely lovely, we had the best time here room1 and room5 , me and my friend and our kids stayed the weekend and was so greatful to the owner she gave all 3 kids a plush and they Absolutely loved them so kind and thoughtful we will definitely be back again soon enough, thank you again for having us 😊 "

"When I arrived I walked into dampness, bits wood lying on ground with nails sticking out it. Got to room for it to have mould in bathroom, window that wouldn’t close so freezing. Moved room and needed an heater to heat up room and shower only had cold water water and at that was little trickles that came out it. They tried to run tap to heat it up which sink was in beside bed and that was blocked so it over spilled onto carpet , said would get a plumper and hi didn’t come. Reported shower next day again and nothing happened so had ri go and purchase another hotel . If it wasn’t so late would have moved when I arrived at first. Full place stunk of dampness "

"1st time at the Ruskin, stayed three nights bed and breakfast, absolutely delighted, most definitely will be back. the staff were brilliant, friendly. polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, our room was spotless (as was the hotel in general),the bar service was spot on with a great choice of drinks and food, the entertainment every night in the cabaret lounge was really good, all in all a great weekend."

"This weekend, six of us had an event to attend and tried this B&B for the first time. We always have bad luck in Blackpool with B&Bs, but from the moment we arrived, we just knew it was going to be a pleasant stay. We were welcomed in and walked into our room, and when I say how spacious it was and how white and clean the bedding was, I mean it—you will not be disappointed! The bathroom was on par, and breakfast was incredible with very friendly staff! All in all, this has got to be the best B&B in Blackpool! It's walkable to Winter Gardens and Blackpool Tower. I don't usually review, but this was a must. Credit where credit is due! A massive thank you to all the staff who made our stay incredible! We will be back and are definitely recommending you to everyone! "

"Inexpensive, basic, clean, no-frills, on-suite double room. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of free parking for residents. Ideal for a short break where you want to spend your money when you’re out and about – 12 mins walk from the Tower, Winter Gardens, Houndshill Shopping Centre, pedestrian precincts and Wetherspoons pubs. I’ll be going back again. Thanks."

"Bathroom was minuscule. Could barely turn to sit on the toilet. Shower didn’t run hot and bed side lights didn’t work. "
