"Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and Tower. We booked just a basic room , but it had everything we needed, a clean shower room a very comfortable bed and a wardrobe.Some areas could do with an update but overall a nice hotel and.the staff were.very nice and friendly.I would book to stay here again."

"A great wee hidden gem. Cheap and convenient. Close to everything. Very friendly folk working there. Basic room but a double bed for a single traveller. Comfortable and really good value. I'll look it up again when I'm back."

"We loved our stay for our small family holiday. The family suite was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view was spectacular, of the North Pier. The location was ideal with bars and cafes all around us. The hotel had a small bar for drinks too. The only thing that could have done with some improvements was the shower and windows. It was a very windy couple of days and the outside windows didn’t shut properly. There is inside glazing too to help with sound and regularly that would probably have been fine. The wind just made them shake a bit which we could hear. We are heavy sleepers so I didn’t really matter for us. The shower could have done with the shower cleaning up a bit, maybe the grout could be painted over to make it look cleaner. It was clean but it’s just been well used. We had a great stay. It was our second stand we we will definitely stay again. "
