"It was quiet, lots of picturesque views of Blackpool Tower and the promenade and also of the Big One at Pleasure Beach in the distance. The location is ideal as it’s not in the middle of everything going on, staff were very polite and whilst there are facilities like the pool and Sauna etc we didn’t make use of during this stay we would definitely be inclined to make use of them on a future visit!"

"We had a good stay. The Hotel was very nice. Clean through out. Staff were very good. The breakfast was good too. With lots to choose from. One thing that spoilt it. Was the bed being too firm. We wanted to stay another night. But we was quoted even more than the night we had already paid for. "

"Just returned from a 2 night stay at the Imperial hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Bed was very comfy and plenty of hot water. Would certainly recommend this Hotel. "

"Not our first stay at The Big Blue and won’t be our last. We had 2 double rooms and both were upgraded to deluxe at check in. The staff work really hard and are very friendly. Breakfast is amazing! "

"After reading the reviews about the Norbreck we were a bit dubious about our stay, glad we decided to see for ourselves, everything was what we wanted, we tried to extend our booking but after the receptionist tried his best there was nothing available. On our return home we got booked in for the following week"

"Its okay to get the head down for the night room was clean. The hotel needs a full deep clean and paint and new furniture as it was falling apart. The food was good but no menus or any choices of meal meal. This could be a good hotel if its well maintained to high standards. I would stay again of 1 night "
