Hi Donald, I am really sorry to read about your experience at 100 Kings Road, this is not the standards we aspire too and would consider the norm for our guest. The lifts have been out of service recently however are back up and running now, this was something we had no control over unfortunately. We have also updated the literature with the Guest Services contact details to avoid a repeat of this kind of scenario. Although it must be mentioned that we did not receive any calls until someone called on your behalf, from an external line and your call would have been answered from the intercom (had we been able to dial the number when you arrived back to the building). Even if you had called any House of Fisher available on the website, this would have been diverted to and answered by a member of our team who could have helped at the time. I do apologies profusely for the shortcomings, but I hope that if the lift was working and the number was clearly displayed on the intercom (as it now is) that you would consider returning.
