Every morning the breakfast buffet was cold even after we informed them. The phone in room didn’t work and after we informed them they didn’t attempt to fix it. Concierge didn’t help us trolly our bags to our room. Just stood there . We had to bring trolly back to reception.

Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable with plenty of space, a huge bed, bathroom with a bath, and the most beautiful outlook onto the harbour. It was great having breakfast on site too, as well as a nice bar.

Great position on the harbour with extensive boardwalk in either direction. Very nice room although a bit dated but everything worked well. Cafe a little overpriced but only ate there once. Parking is off site so not most convenient. Staff friendly

They staff was amazing! We got in with an early flight and it was horrible weather that day. They let’s us check in the room early which huge for us. That extra couple hours really helped. My girls loved the pool too ( following days with actual beautiful weather).
