Didn't eat supper in the restaurant because veggie options were limited. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting accommodation in the area. Very close to Penrhyn castle and Bangor centre."

"We used Snowdonia Mountain Lodge as an overnight rest stop near to a family gathering. We were all really happy with the accommodation, and it was better than we would have expected for the price we paid. Everything was clean, warm, dry and comfortable. Also, there is a small fridge-freezer in the family apartment, which we didn't realise, but could be really useful to know for someone reading this review.
As it stands, we plan to stay here again for the next family gathering, so book it now, before we do!"

"We have had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. Sally provided lots of information in advance and the cottage was all ready when we arrived, with a bottle of wine waiting for us which was a lovely and very welcome touch after a 300 mile drive! The cottage was really comfortable, plenty of space and very well equipped. The best thing was the location, at the foot of Yr Wydffa and right by the start of the Rhyd Ddu ascent. We (2 adults, one 9 year old and one French bulldog) all had a wonderful time staying here and would recommend wholeheartedly for anyone wishing to explore the area, or just to chill away from everyday busyness of life! "We stayed a week and the house was exactly as described - very clean and of a decent size. There is a full kitchen, even though some of the pots and pans are a bit old. I liked how we could adjust the heating to our comfort. The host was very kind on the two occasions we met her. Overall, good value."
