"About Property: Tones of issues 1) House was not cleaned at all. It was full of dust and spider web everywhere. No vacuum cleaner in the house, no cleaner was available. I need to clean it all myself using mop and little brush. 2) House was super cold, Thermostat was giving some error code and later on found valves on radiator were not open 3) Coffee table was broken, it was reported months ago by another guest but no action taken. Thank you Sharon and Paul! We really enjoyed our 3 night stay with you. The guest house is in a great location - close to Snowdon for walking, Bangor for eating and Beaumaris and Penmon for sightseeing. We had a lovely view of the beach, bay and headland from our room the 'Lighthouse room'. The bed is extremely comfortable and the whole hotel is freshly renovated and very clean. We also had access to a lovely bathroom...
