"Wow—what a fabulous stay. From the moment we checked into our woodland escape lodge with hot tub, the sense of luxury was clear throughout. The double walk-in shower, deep freestanding bath, mood lighting, and plush bathrobes all added to the experience, with everything thoughtfully provided for a relaxing break. Every member of staff we met was exceptional and couldn’t do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant offers a well-presented menu with great options, and the grounds and setting are simply glorious. All in all, a definite 5-star stay—we’ll certainly be back."

"We stayed in Criccieth studio apartment and it was perfect. Comfy bed, plenty of storage space, great kitchen facilities to allow for self catering. Lovely buffet breakfast in the main hotel building. Great choice of food in the restaurant in the evening. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly placed for discovering Criccieth and has good parking."

"Staff at breakfast time could be more pleasant and helpful. On first morning of breakfast the only fruit on offer were apples but the next two mornings they had melon and Greek yogurt. On our last day the pool was out of action which was disappointing, thankfully it was fine on our other two days. The hotel is very central."

"Amazing views, on a motorcycle and able to park easily out side front door of the room and off from the road was a big plus. Kitchen available, but we got uber from Burger King which took about 40mins. "
