Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. "I stayed with another nine adults we chose the house because it had lots of ensuite bedrooms.On the plan of the house it showed the lounge being on the ground floor next to the kitchen, this was great for us as one of our guys is disabled. When we arrived at the house, they’ve moved the lounge from the ground floor to the first floor, this was not acceptable. It meant one of our friends was on their own in the dining kitchen, if we had gone up to the lounge.The bedrooms only need some attention....

"Very impressive hotel within Deganwy marina, very friendly staff at check in, our room was excellent, spacious and had everything we needed, amazing view from the balcony of the estuary, Conwy Castle and the various sea birds. Food in the bar was good quality in relaxed surroundings and the staff were very attentive and made for an enjoyable evening. We enjoyed the pool and spa, not the biggest spa but had enough to do, we did a spa package which included lunch which was very nice, on our way to the room we found a relaxation room for spa guests which we didn’t know about. Enjoyed our breakfast in the morning, plenty of cereals, fruits, pastries, juices etc and an amazing cooked breakfast, staff again were excellent as were the staff when we checked out. Overall a very enjoyable time, the staff made for excellent stay would definitely recommend."

"Manager on the desk went out of his way to make up for the fact that I 1. Missed breakfast on day 01 as I didn’t realise breakfast was included 2. I didn’t get much sleep on the first night due to a very noisy person above my room late at night & early in the morning. He straight away moved me to a better , bigger double room and got chef to do me a cooked breakfast to go and even. Packed lunch ! Would definitely stay again :) "
