Self service guesthouse.

The room was great, very clean. All the "service" was done remotely, Pick up our own key, Hang up the key when one leaves, serve yourself breakfast. (it was a bit basic), The home made jam was excellent. The self service was not a major problem, but extra instructions/guidance would have prepared us as to what to expect. (little things such a local street map on the hotel website).

Great stay

Great communication from the owners😊, and we would definitely stay here again, some of the fixtures were a little tired but that didn’t bother us, the room was great, the shower probably one of the most powerful we ever had definitely beats some of the big hotels that we have stayed in. And the breakfast was lovely, the homemade bread was delicious.the bed was very comfy, Everything about this stay was everything we needed. Excellent value for money

We can't fault our stay - the room was clean, parking was easy, breakfast was great and the hosts were very helpful throughout. Perfect location for lots of local attractions. We stayed for 3 nights and climbed Yr Wyddfa one day (approx 40 mins drive), visited Betwys Y Coed (~20 mins) and Zip world (less than 5 min). Thank you!

Lovely stay with wonderful hosts. Great communication and service from them both. The room was lovely, and the breakfast was great. It could be a bit noisy at times, being an old building that creaks and isn't sound proofed, but this didn't bother us. A great place to use a base for exploring North Wales; not anything to do in the local area but very quick to drive to various towns, beauty spots and other tourist attractions - will definitely return if going to the area again.

Fantastic stay!

Check in was very straightforward, the room was very comfortable and a decent nights sleep was had. The facilities were very good and breakfast was amazing. Recommended to anyone looking at staying in the area!

Enjoyable weekend stay

An enjoyable weekend break, the room was very spacious with a large bathroom and powerful shower. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a self service breakfast was available with cereals, bread for toasting (there was also bacon, scambled egg and beans available). There was off road parking on site for all those staying there. The booking in process prior to arrival was very clear and concise

Exceptional stay for the price

Clean tidy and well organised communication with the owners. Stayed on a business trip and rooms were clean and tidy, a takeaway breakfast was very welcome, owners could not have done anymore. Perfect for business use at a very reasonable price.
