"The cleaning staff la Señora Luz Maria went above and beyond to assist me with things I requested!! Ms. Eva was also extremely helpful. I used Expedia to book my hotel stay and they double charged me and she was so pleasant and worked with Expedia to ensure they refunded the extra charge!! All the employees of this hotel were exceptional!! The hotel is beautiful with views of the city especially from the roof top and the pool!! Definitely top notch hotel and the service was also amazing!! Definitely my 1 choice when I come back to Medellin!! Thank you!!! "

"What a great stay at Landmark Hotel! Our room was spotless and beautiful with a lovely little balcony. I literally never heard any noise from anyone else on my floor, it was so quiet. The bed was super comfy too. The staff at the front desk were always helpful and kind, and the restaurant on site called Smash offered healthy and delicious meals for a reasonable price. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the unlimited filtered water available in our room. I will absolutely stay here next time I’m in Medellin!"
