Excellent place for staying, amazing view from all around the facility . Peaceful environments. Staff are very kind and helpful. Huge gardens and driveways could by use for moderate hiking. Jun the Sheaf is a great cook with wonderful attitude. I ordered their healthy food during my visit . Make sure try the fresh fruits juices. I highly recommend this exceptional place.

All is perfect, except for their restaurant. We waited around two and a half hours for our dinner, and when it arrived it was not even properly cooked, we were so close to just don't accept it and sleep without eating anything. Everything else is really great! Like 10/10! The lady on reception is so friendly and polite, place is really clean, views are amazing!

This was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. Very quite and peaceful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe here as well. Not a lot of food options so be prepared to go out to eat or bring something.

Where do I start…if you want to stay at a beautiful place with scenic views where the staff tries to robe you at every turn, then this is the place for you. When we first checked in, the front desk called us from a private number insisting that we pay additional money in cash because we weren’t charged the right amount. After we insisted to talk with the owner they said it was okay and we won’t get overcharged. After we finally were able to accommodate, we tried to look for an uber to get to know the area and not uber will come to this area due to the location, Raul which works at the front desk offered to take us and he overcharged us 3 times the amount an uber will charge us.

Loved the quiet location and friendly staff. The coffee and breakfast was simple, but tasty and adequate. The pool area was clean but we did not get to use it as much as we would have liked due to our schedule. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, and shower was hot. For our 4:30 am departure the staff called a ride for us to take us to the airport. This place is only 10 minutes from the airport but it is secluded and a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle. The only complaint I have is that the internet was down for most of our stay.

Lovely stay at the Autenthico Sajonia Aeropuerto, the hotel is a quaint ranch style property. It is a boutique style hotel with very personalized service. Nestled in the mountains this is a perfect place to disconnect from all the hustle and bustle of city, it feels literally like a sanctuary in the mountains. The property is beautiful, serine and the tranquility had me sleeping like a baby. I felt very relaxed and at peace here. If you don't mind traveling back and forth to the city this is a perfect place to unwind and relax. If you are planning excursions just know that this hotel is not close to the city center, it is about 35-40 mins from most excursion starting points. I had to arrange transportation everywhere, it is not within walkable distance to town.

The grounds are very well manicured and the architecture is beautiful. The pool area is gorgeous yet the water is not heated and more attention should be paid to keeping the pool water free of dead floating bugs and other debris. One particularly unfriendly staff member informed me that she could not turn on both the steam room and the Jacuzzi for my use because “it uses too much gas“. As a paying guest, I should be able to have full access to all of the amenities and not be reminded of the cost to run them. If you book a room here, also be aware that the nearest restaurant and or place to buy groceries is at least 2 miles away. Additionally, be prepared to be awakened by loud conversations held by the staff just outside your window in the early morning hours. I would not consider staying there again.

The place is gorgeous. Yet some of the amenities were not available. Jacuzzi was empty, sauna was turned off, the water service in the room went out mid afternoon for like 2+ hours while they filled the pool, wifi didn’t work, and the staff seemed to still be learning how to help guests.
