The hotel was fine, the people were helpful and attentive but the hotel wasnt in the best shape interms of maintenance.. and the check in at 3:00pm wasnt the best for night travelers like me

They don't have containers for recycling. They also have a guy standing at the entrance but doesn't help gest arriving with their luggage!!

Room was booked over a month in advance yet when I arrived there were no rooms available. Sent me by taxi to another hotel, where I was told I would be reimbursed for the taxi. I wasn’t. Then when I got back to ibis for my room the next day, I wasn’t reimbursed for either way. Then, to receive my room I had to purchase breakfast for the remainder of my stay.

The hotel for the price was quite good. Don't expect luxury though. Was disappointed that there was no fridge or coffee maker in the room. There was an iron and ironing board. We were there for 7 nights and on the 3rd night we ran out of shower gel. I reported it twice to the reception but we did not get any shower gel for 3 days, but there was plenty of shampoo so no big deal. Whilst we were there they were renovating the reception and dining room which should be completed in the next week or so. The breakfast was so so and looks nothing like in the photos. You can order eggs to your preference which was ok but the rest of the breakfast was basic. One morning we had to get up early for a tour so we were the first ones there. Several of the pastries were from the previous day and were stale. Fortunately there is a Starbucks directly behind the hotel so we had breakfast there a few times. There are several restaurants next to the hotel. There is a little pace right behind, not sure of the name, but they do great Mexican food at very cheap prices.
