"It’s absolutely my favorite hotel when I’m in Medellin. I never think about staying anywhere else because of the service, the comforts of the rooms, and the beautiful pool and Jacuzzi area. The location is also great as it’s close to the Santa Fe mall and various restaurants which are walking distance. I’ll return again soon."

"This was my fourth time staying in this incredible hotel. The hotel is impeccable. The staff is fantastic, very friendly. The food was great. The daily breakfast has a variety of excellent products and delicious dishes. Although the hotel is located three blocks away from Provenza and all the bars and restaurants, I never heard any kind of noise."
