The apartment was perfect for the price. There is only one AC unit in the apartment but does have fans in the bedrooms. Staff was nice and attentive. Location is great and easy to get to Provenza, close to multiple Pharmacy's.

I closed a price of $165/night including breakfast for 1 night to try it out ended up paying $60 more at the reception.

ELCIELO was a wonderful stay, and the El Poblado location is hard to beat. La Provenza, restaurants, nightlife, and parks are all within easy walking distance, and Ubers are readily available. Our room was clean, comfortable, and incredibly restful. I slept very well! Snacks and beverages were consistently replenished, and the spa service was well worth it. Our only room challenge was traveling with our son. We could not book two separate beds, so an additional bed was placed in the room, making it a bit tight with the king-size bed. We did have an issue with the air conditioning. We noticed water on the floor beneath the unit, and another morning we were awakened at 5:51 AM by dripping water. I contacted the concierge immediately, and it was addressed by the end of the day. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. We also did the ELCIELO Michelin-star dining experience. It is pricey, but the food was delicious. The yuca bread was my favorite, although it was so filling that finishing the full experience with wine pairings was a challenge! Overall, we really enjoyed ELCIELO. It is clean, comfortable, beautifully located, and an excellent home base for exploring Medellín. I would definitely return.
