Heiss Hotel is beautiful hotel located in a quieter part of El Poblado but within walking distance of great restaurants and parks. The Hotel itself has a coffee shop, 2 restaurants, a rooftop bar, spa, health bar and a palates/yoga studio. Rooms are clean and staff is extremely friendly and help full. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family.

Service was great, staff was very helpful, location was convenient for walking to local areas, as well as easy pickup and drop off for Ubers and Tours. Nice selection of food from small breakfast items, to breakfast on the roof with a memorable view, and two restaurants with bars, on the ground level. Lastly, if you’re looking for a large room, make sure to book one with a balcony or double balcony. The rooms are small but we were there to sightsee and were out all day so it was fine for our agenda. I highly recommend this property.

Everything was great. Housekeeping was amazing. Always changed towels and cleaned it very nice each day. Staff was accommodating. Pool staff was also very great. Only downside I have was that rooms were tight, and the bed was quite uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was amazing. Those views are to die for.
