The staff are always as helpful and accommodating as possible. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Air conditioning keeps the room cool on hot days. The are around the hotel is really interesting to explore.

This hotel was amazing. We stayed 2 nights only, but enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, friendly staff and awesome breakfast. I will definitely stay here again and not even bother with other hotels that are noisy and have small rooms.

I must say the breakfast buffet in the morning was very delicious. The main lady that was in charge to cook had a beautiful heart. She remembered our name after the first day of being there. Made me feel welcome. Very nice lady front desk. People were nice. The building is built strong, when the earthquake came through it shook all the other buildings more than the building that we were in so I felt completely safe to go back in there. What I recommended? Yes, I would and when I return to Medeliin next time I will be staying there . This hotel is it a good location and everything was real close we came to town to visit and see the flower festival. We did many other adventures in the seven days we were there. My 100% compliments to everybody at the hotel especially the cook for the breakfast.
