Staff were great at this hotel. They were helpful and very respectful. Most of the communication could be made over WhatsApp. Andres helped us get a driver to transport our luggage to our destination. The location of the hotel is very convenient. One downfall was we saw a little cockroach in the room and the walls are pretty thin.

Stayed at this hotel in Provenza, Medellín and absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of all the restaurants and bars, yet still felt completely safe. The hotel was small but had everything I needed, spotlessly clean, and the staff was truly awesome. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a hotel and what a wonderful experience; from the receptionists to the housekeepers, everyone was so welcoming and sweet. The room was spacious and came stocked with essentials. There is an also water fountain on the second floor, so I was able to fill my water bottle. The hotel is in a great neighborhood and is very walkable. There are many restaurants and bars around to try. It is quite noisy, but that’s only on the weekdays and is expected due to their location. But, that wasn’t an issue for me. I had a great time here and I’d stay again!

The best hotel especially for a friend trip! The staff was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us. They spoke in English and Spanish and assisted us in finding good dining and entertainment areas. The restaurant next to the hotel was fabulous. The staff is so knowledgeable and special, I think they made my trip to Medellin so much better

Amazing stay, friendly staff, great room amenities (except missing a wardrobe), location is superb for partying and dining. Loud music at night from the street because it's in the middle of party town but they give you ear plugs to help with the noise while sleeping if someone is sensitive to noise.

Nice hotel in El Poblado!

The room was quite nice. Very comfortable although they do say the rooms are soundproof which is not the case. You can hear all chatter and movement in the hallways. You can hear all of the bars and nightclubs throughout the evening and early morning even with the patio door closed. I got a text message which is how they communicate with their hotel guest advising that my TV was too loud and to turn down. Meanwhile the bars and nightclubs are still blaring the music until 3 to 4am in the morning! It still way a good hotel even with that small issue! It is in a great location of the El Poblado area. Welcome to Medellin!
