I wanted to visit plaza botero which i heard was a sketchy area. The hotel in next to it and a great place to stay. It was clean and secure and the staff very helpful. Made me feel much safer and relaxed

The property needs renovations and painting. It's an old hotel, but it doesn't smell bad. Given the hotel's history, they should maintain it better and improve or update the facilities. I always felt safe inside the property, it has a spectacular view of the historic center.

Amazing!

It is such a great hotel with an amazing service. It also has a great variety of small restaurants and great bar area. I had a great time and the room I had was also very comfortable and clean. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly as well.

Hotel Nutibara was once a beautiful hotel. It’s now eighty years old and though it’s not the hotel’s fault, the area around it has deteriorated considerably. In fact fifteen years ago I paid more for a room.

nice size rooms, friendly staff ready to help costumers the hotel is near a train station and some touristic sites but area is dangerous at night if you decide to stay there always use a taxi to get in and out of the hotel

Not that great

The hotel it is in a good location for a day walk to downtown and shopping but at night is not too good for for a kids stay or even adults walk, the hotel needs a lot of renovations it’s old and dirty seems like they don’t take care of it, there is no a parking spot for free available, there is a parking charge next door to the hotel .. the WiFi is not good at all, we didn’t have any connection the days we were there only on the lobby first floor .. need a a lot of renovations and attention for the owner ..

You will be staying in the equivalent of Hollywood Tower of Terror. Hallways have no lights and only turn on when it senses motion. The window was broken (could not close. I only heard street and trains. Could not sleep), Toilet did not flush. It was very clean though. Smells old. Good breakfast. Staff so so.

Hotel Nutibara stands majestic within a commercial slummy neighborhood. The building itself is an architectural jewel rich in history across the street of Plaza Botero, Berrió Metro Station and the shuttle bus to the airport. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable and invite to rest. The staff hospitality is A always smiling and willing to serve. However, outside noises are annoying. Streets are crowded 24/7. There are so many homeless people sleeping everywhere, so you get the feeling of an unsafe getto. I didn't have any incidents, but you have to be carefull where and when to walk during nighttime.

Cobran por el uso de Parqueo, hay entre mil y dos mil indigentes, prostitutas y adictos alrededor. Adicionalmente cierran las puertas con una cadena y candado, como si fuera un establo, sin seguridad, sin oficial de seguridad en la entrada y una cantidad de basura en la entrada del edificio constantemente. En específico la habitación 718 tiene un número de problemas inodoro con daños, lavatorio con fuga llave del baño con fuga baldosa de paredes con defectos y desprendimiento, pisos con daños y hongos, ventanas sin seguros y cortinas sin lavar desde años, puerta con cerradura con daños.. en fin una serie de detalles. Me parece que Uds son una empresa que debe tomar todas estas consideraciones en sus lugares de arrendar… Porque el de recepción uso esta expresión pero si no les pasó nada… Simplemente es insólito.. Tengo algunas fotos y demás pero es algo que es mejor que Uds comorueben
