Rooms were clean, bed was a bit firm though. Property was a little old but otherwise is decent condition. Our bathroom did have a loose tile that made the toilet off balance, but since we were barely there we didn’t notice. Lobby was a bit dated, but check in was fairly easy. Also MUNI being right out our door was a plus

It was clean, staff was very kind. The video check in was different but all the same very quickly done. The room was good, not much around to walk but parking was free and the parking garage was very tight many orher guest were squeezing in with their vehicles. Overall I would stay here again.

The gentleman that checked us in was great. The person on the video screen was not helpful at all. We just ignored him, and worked with the actual human being. The room was sufficient for our needs. The location was very good. The price was very reasonable.

Exceeded my expectations This is a little hidden gem in San Francisco. We stayed one night and enjoyed the location, free parking, and the cleanliness of our room. It’s an older building but is well maintained and taken care of. Our king room was spacious and faced Lombard Street with a big bay window. There is a full sized refrigerator in the room that was a nice touch. The bed was comfy and had a mattress encasement. The garden in the back is a really cool place to sit and enjoy the warm weather we experienced on our stay. Overall I found the front desk to be very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again. It’s a great value for a good location and a clean, friendly place to stay.

We have stayed multiple times here and have been pleased with both it's location and amenities. This time however, the check in is a Kiosk with an AI (real?) person to assist. FORGET IT! Just an awful experience. I can't believe that they think people are going to OK with this. It created long lines. No one is quite sure what the heck to do or answer. PLEASE- bring back humans! Along with the fact that the hotel is starting to see signs of wear this was a mitigating factor that we will probably NOT be back again.
