"It started with our contact Flor being late. We were told to meet at a location at 3pm. I messaged her a little after 2pm to verify the meeting spot. Never got a response. Apparently her phone was off. Around 3:15 I get a response from her on another number. Granted we are sitting outside on the sidewalk with all of our bags and it’s starting to drizzle.
