"Stayed in the a premium king room which was a great size for our needs. Most of our time was spent away from the hotel exploring NYC but when we did come back to the room it was nice to have a little seating area. Yes the bathroom was tiny but I didn’t expect anything else. I have read lots of reviews complaining about the noise, come on folks it’s Manhattan! I always travel with ear plugs so it didn’t bother me one bit."

"The staff was really great! Everyone was super helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for what I wanted and to explore New York. The room was also very nice. The food for breakfast left a lot to be desired but the staff during breakfast was exceptional."
