We would recommend this hotel for it's convenient location to most major attractions. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. There was a variety of restaurants and food options and endless shops. Access to transportation was easy..The space was clean, comfortable with friendly, helpful staff.

This hotel is fantastic. The location is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room was exactly as described and clean and comfortable. All for a reasonable price. I will always stay at this hotel when I travel to Manhattan.

I loved my NY experience here. I was put on the top floor which was scary but exciting. The best part was they let me check in when I arrived rather then wait with all my luggage. The staff are very friendly.

Room was clean and spacious. There were enough chairs inside the room. Staff helpful and efficient. The kitchen is really nice because we can buy pre-maid food from market. It's expensive to dine out in Manhattan. Highly recommend this hotel for family with young children. Our only complaint is the mattresses, we found them too soft for our old backs.

Very clean room, the rooms are a bit small but nothing dramatic. I wasn’t bothered by the noise outside and the staff was very nice and helpful. Very well located and close to many restaurants and subway stations.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with both Bryant Park and Madison Square Park within easy walking distance. While the property is clean and very well-maintained, the air conditioning unit is incredibly loud. It is difficult to handle the noise without using earplugs or noise-canceling headphones.

We were given a room in a separate building and were never informed of the different areas and amenities in the hotel. The staff was not very friendly. It is a good area, that was the positive to staying here.
