"We enjoyed our stay & the amenities; however, we were looking forward to the rooftop patio and there was not one available. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous and there was plenty of food & shopping options within a walking distance. The subway is a few steps away and very convenient to use as well. We would stay here again! "

"Absolutely loved my stay here! It was in walking distance to everything on my itinerary and getting ride share service was so easy. The parking was on the same block as the hotel which was a plus. The staff was so friendly and nice. Also the convenience store in the lobby was lovely as well. I will definitely be staying again! "
"-Easy check in and check out via terminal
-helpful staff at desk
-the hotel was clean
-all though my room was small, which is to be expected solo hotel, the room was very clean and all the amenities I needed
-the shared toilet and shower cubicles were stocked and at the time of using them they were clean.
If I was on another solo visit to new york I would stay there again. "
"It was my wife's 70th Birthday and the Hotel staff treated her like a Queen. It was her first time in New York and we could not have picked a better spot to go. The view from the corner Executive room was epic, the food heavenly, and the view from the rooftop restaurant breathtaking. The only issue we had was it was time to go home. "
