"Very small but very clean. Good service. Hotels in NYC are expensive but here you at least get the essential stuff. For me it was great location. I walked to a lot of amazing food - and also felt like I got to experience a little bit of Caribbean Crown Heights culture despite obvious gentrification. "

"I grew up in Rumson, so staying here on the river really brought me back in a good way! The location of the hotel is perfect, the condition of the hotel is great, and the views are incredible. Walkable to 2nd Jetty Seafood, another local gem. I had a special request and the staff accommodated me with a smile."

"The property is fine, now nost lobbies have plus seating and beautiful areas, this hotel has something that resembles the entrance to a jail...now maybe the location influenced the lack of care for that area. My room was perfect! No issues at all, do i wish there was a microwave ofcourse! But its not strange to not have one in a room these days. My experience was 9 only bc of the lack of a microwave, the area is gritty and if ypure not used to city life i can imagine it might scare you, me i was fine, everything is at arms length..food, shopping, transportation. Ill return if needed."
