This was a perfect place to stay, location was outstanding! Staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the rooftop bar. We had encounters with several workers during our stay. One on the elevator who joyfully answered a few questions for us about the rooftop bar and encouraged us to check it out. Cleaning crew was also very friendly. Two thumbs up!

The room was very clean and nicely air conditioned. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue that we experienced was the lack of towels in the room. We had to request towels every evening of are stay. Overall was a great experience and would come back!

This was our last stop on a 3 week journey and it was easy to get to. Centrally located very nice hotel. Lots of great little restaurants in the neighborhood along with the one in house that we didn’t use so I can’t comment on it. Very well kept and the views from the rooftop bar are amazing. Highly recommend this place in NYC

Lovely clean room. Staff were fabulous. Was greeted warmly by reception staff and all queries answered quickly. Rooftop bar is lovely with great views. The gym facilities are on the small side but with the amount of walking we did around the city, we didn’t much mind. We found the hotel is in a great location for Midtown, Greenwich and Chelsea as well as close to the subway and Penn rail station.
