"The only complaint I have is that we asked for a late checkout and the front desk employee told us that we had to ask in the morning. The next morning when we were about to checkout he said it would be 15$ extra per hour. We were extremely confused why he wouldn’t have just told us that the night before. Seemed like a little bit of a scam. "

"The main hotel looked very nice. We stayed on the beach side (300 building) and it was so outdated and completely different from the site pictures. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, floors look like they’ve had the same flat carpet for a solid 30 years, and bathroom was tiny and suspect. Will not return to the property. But the front desk girl was very nice and helpful. "
