"Liked the property. Especially the touchless check in."

"This was the worst experience ever! First and last time booking with Vrbo. This owner failed to communicate anything with me, the place is in an unsafe area and the neighbors upstairs are very loud and disrespectful. There were no check in instructions and no wifi information. The appliances at this place do not work. Please do not stay here. You will regret it. I had to leave because it was just a bad experience. It smells and it’s dirty. Book somewhere else, you will thank me later!"

"Loved how close the apartment was to everything! Very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed and more (kids loved the video game and open space). Highly recommend!"

"When we arrived, the apartment was extremely hot; the three AC units on the wall were not working. It took a while for the place to cool down. Also, the place is old and not well-maintained, and it's not particularly clean, especially the bathroom. The location is convenient, but it's a little sketchy for visitors. "

"Overall a nice stay and nothing much to complain about. Location is convenient, no noise issues for us, and easy access to subway/plenty of stores around but it is FiDi so just expect all things associated with that. Most of the communication for toiletries/towel requests is done through Vrbo if you booked through here.The only inconvenience we had was the shower door not having a seal (which is something that should have been checked beforehand) so the bathroom basically flooded after one...

"We booked this property for the convenience of being walking distance from the NJ PATH train ( Journal Square Station) which takes us to Manhattan in about 20 minutes. The apartment was excellent: clean, well stocked, modern bathroom, comfy bed and even comfy sofabed which my daughter slept on. Our host was lovely, easily communicated with her and had absolutely the best stay. I would stay again if available the next time we travel back to the area.
