Please note that backyard is limited to Apartment 1

Guests are welcome to come and go as they please using their own private entrance to Unit 2.
Other things to note
1. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability.

2. Noise levels: This is a residential area. Please be mindful of noise, especially after 10 PM.

3. Stairs: The unit is on the second floor and requires climbing one flight of stairs. There is no elevator access.

4. Parking: While free parking is available at the unit it's limited to one car. Street parking is also available for free.

5. Amenities: We provide basic amenities like towels, bed linens, toilet paper, and hand soap.

6. Wi-Fi: High-speed internet is available. The network name and password will be provided upon check-in.

7. Heating/Cooling: The unit has central heating and air conditioning that you can control.

8. Local laws: Please be aware that parties and events are not allowed, in compliance with local regulations and out of respect for our neighbors.

9. Cleaning: While we do a thorough cleaning between guests, we ask that you leave the unit in a reasonably tidy condition upon departure.
