Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"So many good things to say and people to shoutout but I can’t forget to personally say Carlos and Hadai are the best drink makers and entertainers. Julio is the best contact anyone could dream of on the resort and even helped me recover my lost phone. Camilla is also great and even though I didn’t buy what she sold she is so fun to talk to and persuasive. Maria and another gentleman (forgot his name) keep things very fun and interesting. I really wish I remembered his name because he is amazing from volleyball to water aerobics to the cycling tour. I typically don’t revisit places but this one will be a repeat for sure. I even started doing yoga out there for the first time in my life because Barbara is so fun and knowledgeable. My advice during the hot season is to eat, get some good drinks at the preferred lounge, then head to the beach club until about 3:30. The pools at the resort will pop off and games will begin after this so the resort will be the place to be after 4pm until dinner. I will say my girlfriend’s glasses went mysteriously missing but we don’t know how so I won’t blame the resort for that but definitely use your safe for all personal belongings."

"The staff were extremely helpful, shout out to our breakfast server who was fantastic. You can rent bikes right at the hotel and they have a big parking lot as well. The grounds and rooftop pool are gorgeous. Highly recommend"

"A nice quiet place to stay in. If you want to be away from tourists I really recommend this place. It has a bit of both worlds since it is walkable to what I’m guessing their downtown area and far enough from the crowds. Very nice."

"Paying the daily national park fee and figuring out where to enter and exit were a pain, but once we got the hang of it, not bad. Beach was full of seaweed; that way all along coast, even Cancun. Tulum Ruins was my favorite, above Chichen Itza! Food excellent at resort and every where else. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful."

"I will definitely be coming back to this resort. It is a hidden gem located walking distance to the ruins. It is quaint, charming, gorgeous, and simple connecting you to nature. The staff was so friendly I consider them my friends. A special shout out to Carolina, Oswaldo, Rodolfo, Diego, and Carlos. The restaurant is open air, on the beach and a beautiful relaxing breakfast experience. Breakfast is order off the menu with a nice fruit plate and sweet and savory options. This resort is so amazing! You can stay in a thatched roof hut surrounded by sand and palm trees. This bungalow is cute and clean with air conditioning, beds made up with mosquito netting and sand at your doorstep. I rarely wore shoes around the resort. The reception area is open air and has a pool table and games. It has a lofted ceiling and comfortable seating. They also show movies on weekend nights. No TV, sand between your toes, super friendly caring staff, good cocktails, beautiful beachside restaurant, peace and quiet. What is not to like. This is a perfect laid back, one with nature resort. I could not be happier"

"The property was beautiful, the unit was spacious enough for the 2 of us. Kitchen had alot of utensils needed during the stay. They provided complimentary beverages as well for us! AC was nice and cool! My favorite space was upstairs by the private pool where the sun will shine in the afternoons. Communications with the property manager was very prompt. I only gave 4 stars for this stay because a major part of what I requested is for the internet connectivity for my work calls to be stable and dependable. My business calls were disconnected many times unfortunately. Some other small inconveniences: no conditioner or lotion. "

"Our family consists of six adults. The property was a great fit as all couples had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location! We rented bikes for the whole stay and biked everywhere. Valeria is a wonderful concierge, who responded in minutes and takes good care of you. "
