"The Pulitzer Hotel - despite its incredibly central location just off Placa Cataluyna, faces a small side street which is quite serene with a handy taxi stand right outside. The building itself is lovely - a wonderful example of an urban renovation - most striking are the glass walled elevators that allow a 360 view of the five floors and tastefully appointed lobby bar. Check in was wonderfully efficient with Wendy quickly tending to our special requests and making certain we were well settled...

"Beautiful property and spacious rooms. Front desk and concierge went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay and assisted us with securing last minute tickets to the Hypogeum. Hospitality and excellence is definitely an attitude conveyed by all. I found all staff to be pleasant, helpful and professional. Good location. Walkable to lots of higher end shops. Not far taxi ride to Valletta and getting to Hypogeum and Tarxien temple. Would recommend using Uber rather than hotel transport if...

"Family of 4 staying for 1 night. Obviously this hostel is more targeted at younger travellers who are used to basic hostel facilities but nevertheless the stay was pleasant and offered almost everything we needed as a family with young kids. Most importantly it was spotlessly clean, in a good location, and a good price compared to many other places in Barcelona. Breakfast offer was cheap and decent to start the day. The roof terrace was fantastic with brilliant views of the surrounding area....
