"The bar setting was great, the breakfast was very fresh and the seating spots are very comfortable and cozy. The staff was very attentive and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean, loved the stay"
"Perfect position but staff not very receptive.
Got my watch stolen and tried to get reception to help me but they didnt care. Just handed me a paper with police address without even caring if i was ok.
Spent alot of money on massages and facials but got told to leave pool rudely after 30 min.
Lucky i chrcked my bill on checkout they tried to charge me over 100 euro for charges that weren't even mine.
Not the best but not the worst just b cautious and dont expect the friendliness u should get from a hotel of this calibre.

"There was major demolition going on outside our hotel and much of the Rambla boulevard. It was very loud and most of the Rambla was torn up. They did, however, stop the drilling by 5:30, so it wasn’t much of a problem for us. I believe this work might continue into 2027 summer. I would check with the hotels first before booking along this major street."
"Everything anout the hotel, met or exceeded my expectations. The room was largw, the bed comfortable, the bathroom had more than the necessary amenities.
I plan to stay there on my next trip to Barcelona. "
"My room had a view of the courtyard garden. I had a deck complete with two chairs and a table where I could enjoy my morning coffee and do a little work. My bed was super comfortable and extra blankets were stored in the closet. A safe also located in the closet was handy to store my passport. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The 2 complementary water bottles were much appreciated. A mini bar stocked the usual items for a fee.
My bathroom included a tub, which is unusual I think, for the typical European hotel. Ample towels and amenities to paper yourself supplied.
Front desk staff, both the day and night shifts were super helpful, efficient and friendly. Anythng needed was immediately looked after. As a plus, they'll arrange your transportation to the airport if necessary.
Housekeeping did a super job of refreshing my room as requested. Nothing better than returning to your hotel room with the bed made (tuck those corners in!) and a clean bathroom. They stepped out of the room while cleaning as I needed to remove my passport i order to maintain privacy. Exceptional and thoughtful.
I will return to this hotel on my next trip to Barcelona as its location is near everything - shops, pubs and restaurants - making it really convenient yet far enough from the noise of a big city to offer quiet when you need it most.
I opted out of the breakfast but I did check it out. The buffet was ample and fresh. I like to explore the local bakeries when I travel....

"No hay mucha variedad en los desayunos tipo buffet, y la carta de snacks o comida en el RoofTop es terrible no hay de donde escoger... tienen un lugar hermoso debería a ver DJ en vivo hacerlo mas ameno porque la vista es increible.. muy descuidadas las mesas se tambalean. Hay que mejorar mucho para todo lo que cobran en la estadia del hotel "
