The hotel is nice and well-maintained. The staff is courteous and professional, and the location is very central, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean, modern, and tastefully furnished, with essential amenities. If you need anything, the staff is responsive and does their best to assist. The breakfast is healthy and satisfying, a great way to start the day. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a comfortable and convenient stay. That said, I was disappointed to be charged for two short local calls (under a minute each) I made to the airport from the in-room phone to check on my delayed luggage. Given that I stayed three nights and paid over €1400, this felt a bit petty. Tips for future guests: – Avoid calling a taxi to the hotel—it’s on a narrow lane and cars get stuck. Walk 5–7 minutes to the main road and take a taxi or airport bus from there. The bus takes the same time (~40 mins to the airport) and costs €8 vs. €53 by taxi. – Book directly through the hotel’s website—I noticed rates can be much better than on third-party sites (I booked via Expedia) Overall, a good stay with a few things to keep in mind.

Amazing check in experience. Very friendly staff.

The service was amazing. After a very long day traveling from the US to Barcelona, we arrived at the hotel early morning. We were offered to check in and rest in our room upon arrival. it felt like we won the lottery. The hotel is clean and easy to walk around the Gothic neighborhood.

This hotel was clean, great staff specially name "ADAM" was so friendly to US. Great break fast, there is mist sauna. I wanted steam sauna but that's fine. very close to metro station and Plaça de Catalunya.
