"I had to wait in line 20 mins to get breakfast. The room is a capsule. Too basic. Not a place to have a good holiday."

"staff wasn’t very welcoming and were unprofessional in my opinion. found a few belongings from the previous guest in my room that were clearly missed by cleaning staff. the breakfast was pathetic and the staff wanted me to sit with random people at their table instead of one of the clean and open tables. if the price point was cheaper i wouldn’t be complaining. the vibe of the hotel room made me check for bed bugs. thankfully there weren’t any."

"Lacking tv Chanel’s no Kleenex in the room like most hotels I stay in, no conditioner in the shower, there was hand soap and shampoo/bodywash. "

"I have stayed here 5-6 times in the past. The room had recently been refurbished & everything was in good order. Breakfast is always good. I plan on staying here again next year. "
