"The hotel is conveniently located to the cruise terminal and the metro. The room we had was comfortable but a bit worn ( they are redoing many of the floors and it would have been nice to have been warned about the construction noise). The onsite restaurant is excellent (long cod fish and chips are great!) and they gave us two $15 vouchers toward lunch. Over all a great stay prior to our cruise departure."

"Staff are friendly but unfortunately the owner of this hotel very clearly doesn’t care to update basic amenities that you find with hotels that are much more budget friendly. The tv is extremely outdated and doesn’t subscribe to a basic smart tv abilities. It’s small and glitched the entire time. Maintenance said that it’s as good as it’s going to get. The mini fridge (which was odd to find in a king suite when a queen suite has a standard size fridge) never got to anything cooler than room temperature so all of my leftovers spoiled overnight. Very very disappointing because again when you pay 300$ minimum a night, you expect at least the fridge to be cold. Whe brought to maintenance attention I was told it’s fine. The pillows feel like they’re filled with cotton balls and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Some kinda hockey team was staying at the hotel as well and apparently the rules for the jaccuzi (closing at 10pm) did not apply to them. Neither did the quiet in the hallways. People smoking on their decks just below my room was basically the final straw for me. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and this will be my last time. The cost doesn’t line up with how comfortable it is and lacking of basic amenities. I would not recommend this hotel to other people traveling."

"The property was everything I expected from all the photos shown in the ad. The host just went above and beyond with the amenities supplied with even microwave popcorn! Very comfortable king size bed and all the comforts of home. We really did enjoy our stay and will be back in the future. The area was so beautiful with almost prehistoric like plant life being in an older part of Vancouver. Very nice to walk around the area."
