This fabulous Hastings-Sunrise home located in the Hastings Boundary area impresses with 1300 square feet of luxurious living set in a stunning private and owner designed property. The property has 3 separate bedrooms that can comfortably sleep and entertain up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms contains queen size beds and the third is a double/full size bed that easily sleep 1 adult or two children. Perfectly finished, you will appreciate the stylish décor and unique touches that exude sophistication at every opportunity. Not only is this home finished to the highest of standard, the property is complete with an abundance of upscale features including a flawless space optimizing layout, high vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring and a private balcony. This space comes completely furnished with towels, linens, coffee maker, pots, pans, cutlery, dishwasher, laundry/dryer all available to use for the comfort and convenience of your stay. The kitchen here is modern and stylish in design, this space offers sleek wooden cabinetry and beautiful granite countertops to compliment. You have the added luxury of high end stainless steel appliances and unlimited storage space here. From the kitchen, you will find a well sized patio extending your living space out. The bathroom situated on this level boasts a calming spa-like aura and has been finished with fabulous slate tiling. This family bathroom features a convenient walk-in glass shower and a stylish vanity unit. The second level of this property impresses further with two more well styled bedrooms with the master boasting a stunning en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony from the master. Everything about this place was excellent. The host was very prompt with responding to every question I had. The check-in information was very helpful, especially the pictures provided for access. And all the living areas were immaculate. We loved the location. Easy drives to Capilano Bridge, Whistler and Stanley Park. It was our first visit to Vancouver and if we returned we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 4 days with 5 persons, and everything was as described. The house owner Duke was excellent from start to finish. Any questions asked to him, he’d reply promptly. Quiet neighborhood, but it is close to route 1.If you wanted to make a comment, it would be that a barbecue would make the stay even more perfect :-). We can definitely recommend this property.

Recommend if you want a quiet place not close to the usual Vancouver sites. It is close to route 1 to travel over to north shore mountains for those wishing to spend time in the great outdoors, as well as to Burnaby Mountain hiking.

We really enjoyed this great accommodation! It's clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. There are many ways to get to downtown by public transportation. Or just take an Uber. In addition, there are good shopping possibilities in the area (10 minutes walk). Great communication with Dusan.
